Depositor C400A/C600A/C600X
The batter depositor is suitable for sponge cake, chiffon batter, mousse, and brownies production. The equipment features the gear-type filling system with advanced servo-driven gear technology.
Compared with conventional equipment, the batter depositor enables high-precision spot depositing and provides an effective solution for full-tray spreading applications. The equipment is compatible with various mold specifications and trays up to 660 × 440 mm. In addition, flexible nozzle configurations are supported to meet different production requirements.
The structure is designed for tool-free disassembly and convenient cleaning. A touchscreen interface combined with PLC control allows storage of multiple production recipes, supporting diversified product manufacturing.

- Gear-type system is controlled by a servo-driven gear pump. Precise control of gear rotation angle enables high-accuracy depositing.
- The batter depositor has high flexibility for different mold arrangements. Within the specified tray size range, nozzle quantity and spacing in the same row are not restricted, supporting multiple tray and mold formats.
- Maximum compatible tray size: 660 × 440 mm. Optional rotary system is available depending on model configuration.
- Food-contact components are designed for simplified, safe, and rapid disassembly and cleaning.
- Materials selected according to strict safety standards, meeting industry design requirements.
