Sanhe Machinery provides one-to-one technical support services prior to order confirmation, including product selection, systematic configuration, and professional technical consultation. Equipment and production solutions are customized according to specific application requirements.
Standard machines can be configured with a proposal on the same day. Customized solutions are typically prepared within approximately three days.

After order confirmation, regular updates on production progress are provided. Upon completion of manufacturing, equipment operation videos and testing videos are supplied to verify that all parameters meet delivery requirements prior to shipment.

English operation manuals and instructional videos are provided. Remote one-to-one guidance for installation and operation is available.

On-site installation and commissioning guidance services can also be arranged when required.

If equipment malfunction occurs, immediate technical assistance is provided through telephone or video communication. The cause of the issue is analyzed in real time, and troubleshooting guidance is delivered through remote support.
Through 1:1 simulation of client production conditions in the Sanhe Machinery laboratory, online technical verification and solution testing can be conducted to resolve issues efficiently and restore normal production operations.
If replacement parts are required, delivery is arranged to minimize downtime. Shipping time is generally 3-10 days, depending on destination.
During equipment operation, technical or application-related inquiries can be addressed through designated sales representatives.
