Customized Cake Production Lines
The mousse cake production line is designed for quantitative filling, spreading, and decorating processes for round cakes, square cakes, cup-type containers, jar-type products, boxed mousse, and related cake products. The integrated process modules include cake base loading, quantitative spraying, slurry conveying, quantitative filling, and cream decorating systems.

- A European client approached Sanhe Machinery to address high labor costs and low production efficiency. After detailed analysis of the client’s factory production conditions, a production line was configured to meet specific operational requirements. The solution included automatic syrup spryer, batter depositor, transfer pump, and cake cream spreading machine.
- The implementation significantly improved product standardization, reduced material waste, lowered labor costs, and shortened production time. The tool-free disassembly design facilitates cleaning and complies with European food safety standards.
- The client required production of multiple product types. By replacing specific components, the same line supports batch production of different products. One production line enables multi-product manufacturing, reducing overall investment costs.

The cake production line includes syrup sprayer, cream spreading machine, and transfer pupm. Automated spraying and spreading processes reduce manual labor and improve production efficiency while enhancing product consistency.
The client sought to improve production capacity due to insufficient manual efficiency. Sanhe Machinery provided an automated production line configured according to product requirements, achieving a capacity of 300-700 pieces per hour. Two identical production lines were installed in separate factories.
