Gearwheel Depositor
The gearwheel depositor is designed for depositing, continuous dosing, and filling applications in bakery and dessert processing. The bakery equipment is particularly suitable for quantitative filling, decorating and spreading of semi-fluid and particle-free materials, such as sponge & chiffon cake batter, mousse, puffs, brownies, cream, jam and other materials.
A precision gear pump system ensures stable and continuous discharge control, maintaining consistent weight and volume accuracy. The equipment optional configurations and inline integration, facilitating incorporation into automated processing lines.
