The cake depositor is designed for quantitative filling and decorative depositing of multi-color and multi-flavor semi-fluid materials. The equipment processes chocolate, cream, mousse, cheese, jam, and similar ingredients.
The cake depositor supports production with 1 to 7 colors or flavor combinations and is compatible with 4-inch to 8-inch round products. The configuration meets the requirements of mousse cakes and creative dessert applications, suitable for diversified, small-batch production environments.
