Food Transfer Pump SL1500
In cake and dessert production facilities, transfer pumps are widely used for batter and slurry preparation. The conventional method involves manually lifting the mixed material and pouring it into the hopper of a filling machine or other processing equipment. Mixing bowls are available in capacities of 20 L, 40 L, 60 L, and 80 L. Due to their large volume and weight, manual handling is inconvenient in practical operation and presents significant safety risks.
The transfer pump is designed to replace manual handling as well as traditional bowl lifting machines and hoists. The transfer pump is widely used for conveying liquid and semi-fluid materials, including batter, mousse, egg tart filling, muffin batter, chocolate slurry, milk, liquid egg, caramel syrup, and madeleine batter. By improving efficiency in the material feeding stage of the production line and enhancing safety and hygiene control, the transfer pump supports simplified operation and stable production.
