Multi-Piston Depositor HS400A/HS600A
The Multi-Piston Depositor is designed for quantitative filling applications in bakery and food processing production. The equipment supports both intermittent and continuous operation and is suitable for soft fillings, firm fillings, fibrous materials, and cream-based fillings.
The depositor is suitable for quantitative depositing, center filling, and surface decoration of cakes, muffins, mousse, choux pastry, brownies, and similar bakery products. It processes cream, mousse, batter, jam, and other semi-fluid or particulate-containing materials.
The equipment adopts a servo-driven filling system and supports 6 or 8 nozzles. In addition, the equipment delivers stable operation with high filling accuracy. The full structure is manufactured from food-grade stainless steel and allows tool-free disassembly for cleaning. A touchscreen control system stores more than 50 recipe parameters. The maximum compatible tray size is 660 × 440 mm, supporting automated multi-product production.
